On the Monday following Mother's Day I recruited my neighbor, Melinda, to help me with feeding Madison solid food. I learned the best way to give her the food, and at the end it was a success. Basically I learned I did everything wrong the first time. This attempt the food was very thin, to the point of being almost liquid, I alternated the bottle with solid food, and I allowed her to play with her food. After all it is truly a fun experience for both parent and baby. I also fed her when she wasn't starving for food, another plus. So that being said solid food is now an easier experience for us.
A successful learning exerience for both mom and baby.
