Madison's first Easter

Well Madison's first Easter went off extremely well.  Madison behaved at mass that morning, which relieved both Bret and I. No one wants the screaming child in mass to be their child and fortunately for us it wasn't.  She actually enjoyed mass, she sang along during all the songs and even took a little nap.

After mass we came home and found what the Easter bunny left Madison.  Oh was she spoiled! A pair of shoes and TONS of candy!

The peeps were her favorite candy. She kept reaching and grabbing the peep and putting it in her mouth as we kept trying to take her picture with her basket, too funny. Oh but don't worry, she didn't actually eat them.

After we took TINY naps, we headed up to Bret's parents house to celebrate with his family. We had so much fun hunting for eggs and just chatting with the family. Bret, Madison and I even posed for a family picture for the first time since December.

Lia made bunny ear hats for all the girls.
